Mobile Maintenance Engineer

As a **CBREMobile Engineer** , you will play a key role in ensuring the optimal operationof buildings, industrial systems and equipment, This rolefalls within our **Engineering and Technical Services** function, whichfocuses on delivering high‑quality support, preventive maintenance, and timelycorrective repairs across client sites.
You will **startyour day from home** , dispatching directly to various **financialinstitution locations** within your assigned region. For your convenience andefficiency, CBRE provides a **company vehicle, mobile phone, and gas card** for all mobile roles.
Theservice area for this position includes ( but is not limited to) client sites located in **Walpole,Framingham, Natick, and Norwood** .
**WhatYou’ll Do:**
Overseemaintenance and repairs to the mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural,life safety, and control systems for the facility to keep facility and buildingsystems up to applicable standards as assigned.
Reviewassigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete the repairand maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools.
Implementpreventive maintenance programs to ensure that building machinery and systemsmeet or exceed their rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance asneeded.
Reviewinspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, andplumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities andachieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.
Overseecompliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, andcompany directives related to building operations and work safety.
Operatecompany-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
Applyin-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures toaccomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coachothers and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledgeof several job disciplines within the function.
Lead byexample and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work tobuild consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact arange of customer, operational, project or service activities within own teamand other related teams.
Workwithin broad guidelines and policies.
Explaindifficult or sensitive information.
**WhatYou’ll Need:**
HighSchool Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-relatedexperience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and educationwill be considered.
**UniversalCFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.** Prior shift manager orsupervisory experience preferred.
Meet thephysical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking,climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs.or more.
Ability toexercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingnessto take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
Organizationalskills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the positionis or $32.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $38.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidatewill depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
