**About the Role:**
As a CBRE HVAC, Refrigeration Hybrid Mobile Technician, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems as well as general building maintenance to include light electrical, Plumbing and basic carpentry at multiple locations and various types of buildings.
This job is related to the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on buildings, equipment and systems to include HVAC, Refrigeration and general building maintenance i.e. Light plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
CBRE does provide the following for this role; Company van, gas card, tablet, phone, uniforms, boot allowance and all tools needed to do the job.
This specific role does NOT have required on-call or overtime (Often available if desired)

**What You’ll Do**
+ Impact a range of customer, operation, project, or service activities within your team and other related teams.
+ Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC/R equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
+ Solve equipment failures, determine the best course of action for equipment modifications, and apply your expertise to maintain, operate, and repair HVAC / Refrigeration systems and associated equipment. including electrical, plumbing, and light carpentry
+ Completing maintenance and repair records.
+ Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
+ Share your in-depth knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems and broad knowledge facilities maintenance.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE 's Culture.
+ Explain technical information to others in a straightforward, professional manner, ensuring that team members and clients understand technical details and solutions.
**What You’ll Need**
+ High School Diploma - GED, or trade school certification with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
+ Universal EPA or CFC Certification with hands on experience working on self-contained refrigeration
+ Basic knowledge and skills with light carpentry, electrical and plumbing as this is a Hybrid role.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Exhibit strong organizational skills, advanced-inquisitive mentality, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems. Desire to take a new approach to existing solutions and apply innovative thinking to your work.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. To include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other similar calculations.

+ Bachelor's degree with a minimum 8-10 years of related experience and/or training.
+ Real Estate Salesperson license is required.
+ Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues. Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

+ Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures. Approves and oversees department budget.
+ Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the client.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Management Director position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Transaction Management Director position is $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
