Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to maintaining high standards of facility operations.

What's the Job?

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems across multiple locations. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Travel between facilities to support ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs. Record system readings, make adjustments, and document maintenance activities accurately. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Valid driver’s license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
