Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting multiple building operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment across multiple systems and buildings. Travel between 20 buildings, ensuring each facility functions properly at least once a month. Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Record readings, calibrate equipment, and make adjustments to optimize performance. Ensure safety procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills with at least five years of experience. EPA Universal Certification required; EPA 608 Type II Certification is necessary, with Universal preferred. Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel.
