**Job Title: Mobile Facilities Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Facilities Technician responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves traveling to various customer sites to maintain commercial properties, utilizing trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC to solve maintenance problems. The technician will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general service of buildings, equipment, and grounds, while maintaining a professional working environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative maintenance and repairs according to work order requirements. + Conduct minor plumbing maintenance, including unclogging toilets and maintaining valve assemblies. + Execute routine painting and carpentry work to maintain facilities in like-new condition. + Repair walls, floors, doors, and perform necessary touch-up work for facility beautification. + Perform minor electrical maintenance within state law requirements, such as replacing fixtures, switches, and outlets. + Complete service inspections and asset inspections as required. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facilities maintenance. + Experience in commercial or high-rise apartment facilities. + Ability to use computers, tablets, and work order systems effectively. + Capability to troubleshoot and solve maintenance problems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + EPA Universal certification. + Experience with building automation and HVAC control systems. + Ability to perform maintenance repair tasks independently and safely. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to benefit from a supportive work environment that values quality workmanship and high standards. Shift options include working from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Euless, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
