Mobile Facilities Engineer
**Mobile Facilities Engineer** Bremerton, WA M-F 8am- 5pm $35/hr. **Job Description** This role involves coordinating work across multiple locations in Seattle for facilities maintenance, primarily focusing on HVAC work. The candidate will ensure that the facilities are fully operational and will handle maintenance and repair planning and coordination. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate and perform facilities maintenance across multiple locations. + Ensure buildings and HVAC systems are operating efficiently. + Diagnose and determine necessary repairs. + Act as the primary contact for maintenance issues. + Plan and manage work orders effectively. + Prioritize and address maintenance challenges. + Perform preventive maintenance to avoid future issues. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of HVAC experience. + Strong troubleshooting skills. + Extensive knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures. + Experience in planning and work order management. + Valid driver's license. + Ability to operate a tablet or computer for work orders. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. + Knowledge of EPA Universal regulations. + Experience in cleaning roof drains and changing lighting. + Ability to drive within a 2-hour radius for job locations. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers constant work and flexibility in job assignments.
