🔧 About the Role

This is a single secure site, where engineers work in pairs across multiple buildings within a large complex. A van is essential for navigating between facilities, and all necessary equipment will be provided.

🛠 Responsibilities Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of work completed. Liaise with site contacts and management to ensure smooth operations., Escort Sub-contractors whilst on-site. 🎯 What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Experience in facilities management or building services. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, safety-first mindset. ✈️ Important Requirements DV Clearance is mandatory Full UK Driving Licence required. Must NOT be colour blind – driving within the sites demands full colour vision for safety and compliance. Proven experience in M&E engineering (electrical and mechanical systems).
