**Urgent Need: Fermentation Operator, Weekly pay $25-27!** **Job Description: Shift hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential overtime** Join our dynamic team as a Fermentation Operator, where you will oversee critical processes including CIP (clean-in-place) of fermentation vessels and equipment, sterilization, ingredient blending, and monitoring fermentation parameters. You will also manage disassembly and cleaning tasks for centrifuges and spray dryers, ensuring optimal performance throughout operations. Additionally, you will be involved in warehousing tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and shipment preparation. The team encourages hydration with Gatorade and water, and frequent breaks are supported. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
