**Job Title: Mixer/Blender Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in the production process, primarily responsible for pouring bags of produce into compounding machines. You must be proficient in weighing and documenting materials, and capable of lifting up to 70 lbs. Adherence to safety policies is crucial, and you should have a working knowledge of hand tools. Experience with PH probes is an advantage. The role requires standing all day and maintaining accurate batch records while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). **Responsibilities** + Pour bags of produce into compounding machines. + Weigh and document materials accurately. + Lift up to 70 lbs as required. + Adhere strictly to safety policies. + Utilize hand tools effectively. + Maintain batch records and follow SOPs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in mixing and batching processes. + Proficient in document processing. + 3-5 years of production experience in a fast-paced environment. + Compounding experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with PH probes is a plus. + Degree preferred but not required. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity within a small, yet rapidly growing team. The production environment requires wearing safety gear, including hair nets, beard nets, hard hats, safety glasses, production coats, and steel-toed boots. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, Texas **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
