Mixing Center Warehouse Associates Needed
**Our client, located in the Poconos, is seeking Mixing Warehouse Associates to join their team.** As a Mixing Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the **Mixing Center Operations Department** , supporting **Operations Supervisors, Inventory Control, the Operations Manager, and the General Manager** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **a commitment to safety** , and **team‑focused work habits** . **Job Title:** Mixing Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift, Mid‑Shift & 2nd Shift **Location:** Blakeslee, PA **Pay Range:** • **1st Shift:** $17/hr • **Mid‑Shift:** $17/hr • **2nd Shift:** $18/hr **Shift Hours:** • **1st Shift:** 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM • **Mid‑Shift:** 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM • **2nd Shift:** 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM **What’s the Job?** • Load and unload trailers/containers—lifting up to 50 lbs and operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment. • Prioritize, pick, and stage materials to fill outbound orders accurately. • Maintain and organize inventory by product line and physical alignment, ensuring space for overflow. • Verify accuracy of all incoming and outgoing products; report overages, shortages, and damaged materials. • Perform housekeeping and facility upkeep, including cleaning loading docks, floors, and assisting in shift‑end closure tasks. **What’s Needed?** • Previous warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred. • Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, order picker, etc.). • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active for the duration of the shift. • Strong attention to detail and organized inventory habits. • Willingness to support housekeeping, paperwork, and other duties as assigned. **What’s in it for me?** • Competitive shift‑based pay. • Long‑term opportunity with a stable and growing company. • Hands‑on training and support from experienced warehouse leadership. • Safe, team‑oriented work culture. • Opportunities to grow skills in equipment operation and inventory management.
