We’re seeking a dependable Industrial Mixer/Batcher to join our production team. This position plays a key role in preparing, mixing, and batching materials according to precise specifications to ensure consistent, high‑quality output. Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure, weigh, and batch raw materials according to production formulasOperate industrial mixers, blenders, and related equipmentMonitor mixing processes to ensure consistency and qualityRecord batch data, material usage, and production notesMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety procedures and report any equipment issuesAssist with inventory management and material handlingCollaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily targetsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in manufacturing, batching, mixing, or a similar industrial roleAbility to read and follow formulas, instructions, and production sheetsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyComfortable lifting 50 lbs and working on your feetBasic math and measurement skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred SkillsExperience with automated batching systemsForklift certification or material‑handling experienceFamiliarity with GMP, HACCP, or other industry standards (if applicable)What We OfferCompetitive pay and benefitsStable, long‑term employmentTraining and advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
