Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in our production line by pouring bags of produce into compounding machines. This position requires the ability to weigh and document products accurately, adhere strictly to safety policies, and utilize hand tools effectively. Experience with PH probes and batch recording is beneficial. The role demands standing for long periods and following standard operating procedures.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional work on Saturdays. Every two weeks, you may be required to work until 6 PM or 7 PM. The role requires wearing safety gear, including hair nets, beard nets, a hard hat, safety glasses, a production coat, and steel-toe footwear.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
