Mach's mit Stolz.** **Dein Beitrag** + Harmonisierung bestehender Einzelmanagementsysteme (Qualität, Energie, Arbeitssicherheit, Lean-Management etc.) zu einem integrierten Managementsystem (IMS) + Aufbau einer IMS-Dokumentationsstruktur inkl. Zugehöriger Prozesse, Verfahrensanweisungen, Kennzahlen, etc. + Durchführung von Gap-Analyse und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Systemintegration + Schulung und Beratung der Fachbereiche zur Umsetzung von IMS-Anforderungen + Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung des Managementsystems und Einführung einer IMS-Software + Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Audits **Was du mitbringst** Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen: + Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Umweltmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbar + Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umgang von Managementsystemen nach ISO-Normen + Fundierte Kenntnisse mindestens einer ISO Norm (z.B.
