Join our team in a dynamic role where you will be part of creating robotic solutions for warehouses. As a Mini Bot Wrangler, you will work with cutting-edge technology, ensuring each robot operates efficiently to optimize warehouse operations.
ResponsibilitiesStart as general help and undergo training to assist with cleaning, housekeeping, heavy lifting, and supporting operations as needed.Process pallets and communicate any system issues.Load and offload equipment with products, operate machines with precision, and pay close attention to detail.Climb ladders ranging from 4 to 25 feet and work in confined spaces occasionally.Responsible for cleanups and spills on the deck surface, performing basic cleaning and visual inspections of Bots.Operate a manual pump cart to manage storage and removal of Bots.Maintain general housekeeping of the Bot lift and induction staging area.Essential SkillsExperience with wrench, power tools, and general labor.Repair and assembly skills in manufacturing and production environments.Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting capabilities.Effective communication to relay issues to managers and engineers on-site.Ability to analyze faults and troubleshoot issues using a custom Human Machine Interface.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have reliable references demonstrating work ethic and reliability.Desire for growth into higher-ranked roles, such as maintenance mechanic.LOTO training provided and ability to work in confined spaces.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work inside the Walmart Distribution Center, servicing automated packaging equipment. Experience a confined space environment while tracking down non-operational robots. This is a physically demanding job, especially in the summer heat, requiring the ability to work in spaces with only 32 inches of clearance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooksville, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
