**Job Title:** Mineral Land Analyst
**Location:** Calgary, AB
Our client is seeking a Mineral Land Analyst to join their team. As a Mineral Land Analyst, you will be part of the Mineral Lease and Contracts team supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Accountable for contributing to the land expiry process and follow through on expiry/continuations and government/freehold notifications to Geologists, Negotiators, and Partners.
+ Understanding and working knowledge of Saskatchewan Crown regulations, as well as Freehold leases.
+ Involved in process and procedure development to enhance operational efficiency.
+ Process external and internal inquiries in a timely fashion to ensure smooth communication.
+ Prepare and submit caveats, withdrawals, discharges, and transfers of caveats to the land titles office.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5-8 years of oil and gas land administration experience.
+ Graduate of a recognized land program is preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
+ Active member of LEMAC.
+ High attention to detail as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to manage and adjust priorities in a high-paced, dynamic environment.
