**Role Summary:**
Equity investment analyst
**Job Descriptions:**
+ Research & analyse companies
+ Create investment rationales
+ Build valuation models
+ Make stock recommendations for the Japan equity portfolios
**Required Skills & Experiences:**
+ Minimum 5+years of experience in either buy or sell side of equites research
+ Fluency in English & Japanese
+ CFA charterholder or equivalent
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to work well independently
+ Background experience in Technology sector research is preferable
**Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:**
Working from home is welcomed unless it significantly impacts work performance.
**Over time:**
Ranges based on seasonality.
**Salary:**
+ Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.
+ Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.
**Working Hours:**
+ Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
+ (Include 1 hour break. Flextime system available)
