**Job Title: Millwright Journeyman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Millwright Journeyman to join our team and play a vital role in the alignment, assembly, and dismantling of machinery and heavy mechanical equipment. This position requires a dedicated individual to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Align, assemble, and dismantle machinery and heavy mechanical equipment.
+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, motors, and gearboxes.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately.
+ Utilize precision tools such as micrometers, levels, and laser alignment equipment efficiently.
+ Safely operate hoists, cranes, and rigging equipment.
+ Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other trades to ensure efficient operations.
+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
+ Experience in welding and fabrication.
+ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
+ Valid Journeyman certification (if required by state or region).
+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $79000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
