**Job Title: Technician**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Millwright, Ironworker or Rigger, where you will play a crucial role in assembling and installing racks for equipment, ensuring all components are securely bolted together.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and install equipment racks.
+ Bolt racks together for secure installation.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of construction experience.
+ OSHA10 Certification.
+ Proficiency in assembly and installation.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Experience in fitting and stick welding.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Comfortable with heights.
+ Able to lift 50+ lbs.

**Work Environment**
Work primarily at the TSMC site, with other large sites such as Intel and Lucid. Expect to work 5 days a week with 10-hour shifts, plus some Saturdays for a total of 50 hours per week or more. Be prepared for early start times, as early as 4am during the summer. Must be comfortable working from heights
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr.
