This foreman will be responsible for leading and managing crews on various projects of various sizes. This can include delegating tasks, rigging, and performing mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage projects. + Dismantle, move, assemble, and install industrial machinery. + Coordinate and oversee the work of multiple crews on larger projects. + Ensure safety and efficiency in rigging and installation processes. **Skills and Qualifications** + Experience rigging industrial equipment. + Experience in forming and grouting machine operations. + Minimum of 3 years experience within a leadership role. + Basic math and geometry skills. + Valid driver's license. **Work Environment** Work within industrial facilities on various projects involving advanced machinery. The environment requires adherence to safety standards and involves rigorous physical activity. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
