Test units to evaluate electrical and mechanical operations Fault find on programmable logical circuits (PLC's) Installation and Assembly of machinery Maintenance and repair of machinery involving electrical and mechanical repairs, ensure equipment reliability to maximize production line productivity Perform preventive maintenance checks Blueprint reading and understanding Welding and fabrication Adhere to safe working practice Qualifications Matric and N5-N6 Qualification Millwright Trade Test certificate 5+ years relevant maintenance experience in the FMCG environment Strong technical abilities to resolve complex engineering plant breakdowns The individual must be a team player Preferably to have a wireman’s license or must be interested and willing to study and attain a wireman’s license.
