Location: Meet daily in Windom, MN

Schedule: Mon–Fri, approx. 6–7 AM to 5–6 PM

Pay: $22–$32/hr (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Millwrights to join the team! This is hands-on work involving welding, fabrication, machinery repair, and installation on grain bins and grain elevators across multiple job sites. Candidates meet at the shop each morning and travel with the crew (paid drive time). Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
