About the RoleWe are seeking skilled Millwrights to join the team! This is hands-on work involving welding, fabrication, machinery repair, and installation on grain bins and grain elevators across multiple job sites. Candidates meet at the shop each morning and travel with the crew (paid drive time). Key ResponsibilitiesWeld, fabricate, and repair grain bins and grain elevatorsBuild platforms, handrails, and structural componentsInstall, repair, and maintain mechanical systems:Drive chainsGearboxesBearingsBeltsRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematicsAdhere to all safety standards and protocolsWork effectively with a team to meet project deadlinesIdeal Candidate Has:Good tenure, with ability to provide manager references from prior rolesProven experience as a Millwright or in a similar mechanical roleStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsExperience with MIG and TIG weldingPhysical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weatherValid driver’s license and good driving recordAbility to pass pre-employment screening (including drug screen)Willingness to travel daily from the shop to job sitesFabricationCarpentry or constructionElectrical/wiring knowledgeRigging, machinery alignment, industrial repairForklift operationWork EnvironmentDaily travel from the central shop to job sites (paid drive time)Outdoor work in extreme heat and coldFast-paced environment involving heavy machineryHands-on welding, fabrication, installation, and repair workBenefits:
