As a Millwright, you will be responsible for completing preventative maintenance procedures on production machinery. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all high-speed machinery, as well as read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large manufacturing/GMP facility with heavily automated, state-of-the-art equipment. It is temperature-controlled and very clean. Employees must comply with GMP requirements, including wearing PPE such as hairnets, beardnets, coats, and safety shoes. The facility operates 24/7 with rotating continental day and night shifts (7-7). The schedule includes four crews, each with about 100 people, and maintenance crews with about 7 members. A sample schedule rotates as follows: Week 1 - Monday-Tuesday DAYS 7AM-7PM, Wednesday-Thursday OFF, Friday-Sunday NIGHTS 7PM-7AM; Week 2 - Monday-Tuesday OFF, Wednesday-Thursday DAYS 7AM-7PM, Friday-Sunday OFF, and so on.
