Overview

Ōnin Staffing is seeking an experienced Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, precision alignment, and equipment repair in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment. This role requires strict adherence to safety standards and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, align, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipmentPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and rotating equipmentDiagnose mechanical failures and perform efficient repairs to minimize downtimeRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsPerform precision measurements, leveling, and alignment using hand and power toolsConduct welding, cutting, rigging, and fabrication as requiredLubricate machinery and replace worn or defective componentsMaintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
