Job Title: MillwrightJob Description

The Millwright is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of production equipment, including conveyor systems, packaging machines, pumps, compressors, and other specialized machinery used in coffee manufacturing.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install new machinery, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs on motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.Follow workplace safety standards and ensure machinery meets regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.Work closely with production teams to minimize disruptions and optimize machine performance.Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and mechanical systems.Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial systems.Minimum 5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.Experience working with conveyor systems, packaging machines, pumps, and compressors.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a food and beverage manufacturing company.Skills in welding and installation.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment includes 200-300 employees across three different locations, with 100+ employees at the primary site. The maintenance team consists of 16 individuals, including millwrights, electricians, and sanitation workers.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
