Job Title: Millwright
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our maintenance team at a manufacturing facility specializing in industrial-sized rims for mining trucks. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment, performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of machines including welders, paint machines, CNC machines, and grinders. Additionally, they will handle basic electrical tasks and work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Work Environment
The maintenance team consists of five members, including both ticketed and Unticketed electricians and millwrights, fostering a close-knit, family-like atmosphere. Work is primarily indoors, with occasional travel once per year to other sites for maintenance. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with overtime required from time to time.
Responsibilities
Review the daily maintenance schedule using Limble maintenance software on an iPad.Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks as required.Perform emergency and urgent repairs as needed.Work independently on assigned tasks.Participate in the shop floor morning QDIP meeting, discussing safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.Essential Skills
