**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring motivated **Millwrights** for projects located in the **Arbutus, MD area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **up to $35/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Millwright ready to hone your skills while mastering new ones alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes of failure + Use diagnostic tools such as megohmmeters, meggers, laser alignment tools, multimeters, and micrometers + Conduct repairs on low- and high-voltage systems as required + Operate forklifts and other equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks + Inspect, document, and report all maintenance activities and completed repairs + Collaborate with team members to improve machinery performance and reliability + Other tasks as assigned **Requirements** + 3+ years of experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or similar role + Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, AC/DC motors, and industrial equipment + Proficiency with diagnostic and alignment tools + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams + Must have basic hand tools; specialty tools will be provided + Capable of working independently with minimal supervision + Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed + Must pass motor vehicle records check, criminal background check, and drug test (federal, state, and local contract requirement) + Must hold a valid Driver's License **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
