We are seeking a skilled Millwright to perform service work and repairs on facility equipment. The successful candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, then perform necessary repairs. This role requires working on rooftops and within the facility, climbing ladders, and using lifts. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with a need for shift flexibility within a union environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform service work and repairs on facility equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.Make necessary repairs efficiently and effectively.Work on rooftops and within the facility.Climb ladders and use lifts as required.Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment is in optimal condition.
Essential SkillsMechanical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with PVC, piping, and installations.Door installation and rigging skills.Welding, including MIG welding.
Additional Skills & QualificationsMust have journeyman experience and be card-carrying from the Millwright Union, Boilermaker, Regional Council, or Carpenters and Millwrights, Ironworkers.Proficient in troubleshooting, installations, and making repairs.Experience with chain repair, link additions, shock repair and replacement, safety hook welds, and caster repairs.

Work Environment
This role is based in a large industrial plant dedicated to electric vehicles. The work environment includes working on rooftops and within the facility, requiring the use of ladders and lifts. Shift flexibility is required in a union setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80080.00 - $80080.00/yr.
