Job Title: Licensed Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)

Job Description

Join our dynamic maintenance team in London, Ontario as a Licensed Industrial Mechanic. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining and repairing our facility and production machinery, with a particular focus on refrigeration equipment. You will play a key role in troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing safety, production, and environmental standards.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and facility problems promptly.Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.Contribute to projects that improve safety, production, and the environment.Collaborate effectively within the maintenance team.Strictly comply with Health & Safety, HACCP, and GMP regulations.Essential SkillsValid Industrial Mechanic License (433A or 426A).Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with food processing equipment.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Proficiency in troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work the day shift from Monday to Friday, 5am-1:30pm, with overtime available after 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week. During peak seasons, Saturday work may be mandatory. Join a team of 7 in a food processing facility with varying temperatures, requiring PPE such as safety shoes, glasses, and hearing protection.

The pay range for this position is $40.25 - $42.25/hr.
