**Job Title: Millwright** **Job Description** As a Millwright, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing facility equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, followed by making the necessary repairs. You will work both on rooftops and within the facility, which requires climbing ladders and using lifts. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours a week, with a need for shift flexibility due to union requirements. **Responsibilities** + Perform service work and repairs on facility equipment. + Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. + Make necessary repairs to equipment. + Work on rooftops and within the facility. + Climb ladders and use lifts as needed. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical skills. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with PVC piping, pipefitting, and installations. + Skilled in door installation, rigging, and welding. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be a card-carrying journeyman from a recognized union such as millwright, boilermaker, regional council, or carpenters and millwrights, ironworkers. + Experience in installations and repairs. + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Experience in chain repair and link adds, shock repair and replacement, safety hook welds, and caster repairs. **Why Work Here?** Joining this team means entering a union after 90 days with excellent benefits.
