ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC milling machines according to blueprints.Conduct quality inspections on machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.Complete 2-5 setups daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Perform tool changes and offsets to maintain machine performance.Essential SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills.Proficient in reading blueprints and using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.Experience in an ISO certified manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive, medical, or aerospace.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with 5-axis CNC machines is preferred.Ability to work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.Why Work Here?Be part of a growing industry with opportunities for advancement into lead, programming, or engineering positions. Work EnvironmentWork on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday through Thursday, with training on the 1st shift from 4:30am to 3pm. Enjoy a 15% shift premium for the 2nd shift, though not eligible during the contract period. Join a medical device manufacturing facility specializing in surgical instruments, with approximately 100 employees. You will report to the Machining Manager.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
