**Job Title: CNC Mill/Turn Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Machine Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC mill/turn machines equipped with Fanuc Controls. Your expertise in machine setups, including changing speeds/feeds, G&M edits, setting blocks, tool changes, and troubleshooting, will be essential. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC mill/turn machines with Fanuc Controls. + Perform machine setups, including changing speeds/feeds, G&M edits, setting blocks, and tool changes. + Troubleshoot and maintain machine operations. + Utilize mill turn machines with live tooling, twin turrets, and sub-spindles. + Edit programs using G&M codes. + Work with tolerances of +- 0.0003 on average. + Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in mill/turn operations with dual turret and dual spindle machining. + Fluency in G&M Codes and ability to edit programs. + Experience in prototype and production machining. + Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machining and utilizing G&M codes. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees by offering paid medical, vision, and dental benefits.
