This role requires expertise in performing machine setups, adjusting speeds and feeds, and editing G&M codes to ensure precise machining. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC mill/turn machines with Fanuc Controls. + Perform machine setups, change speeds/feeds, edit G&M codes, and conduct tool changes. + Utilize mill turn machines with live tooling, twin turrets, and sub-spindles. + Edit programs using G&M codes. + Work with tolerances of ± 0.0003 on average. + Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection and process monitoring. **Essential Skills** + Experience with mill/turn machines, dual turret, and dual spindle setups. + Proficiency in machining and working with G&M codes. + Ability to conduct prototype and production machining. + Understanding of GD&T principles. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fluency in G&M codes and capability to edit programs effectively. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, along with company profit sharing up to 25% of your year-end salary after one year of employment.
