**Job Title: Welding Instructor** Job Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled part-time MIG Welding Instructor to join our trade school. Your expertise will inspire and educate our students in the intricacies of the MIG welding process. Responsibilities + Instruct students on the MIG welding process. + Teach blueprint reading to a class size of approximately 20 students. + Ensure students gain a comprehensive understanding of welding positions. Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience as a MIG welder. + Proficiency in MIG welding and blueprint reading. + Strong understanding of welding positions and processes. + Professionalism in teaching and interacting with students. Work Environment The position is based in a dynamic welding trade school, providing an interactive and hands-on learning experience for students and instructors alike. This is a part time position for night classes. Class schedule is 6pm - 10:00 pm Monday - Thursday. Typically instructors arrive around 5:00 pm to ensure everything is set up for the class. You are paid $150 per day worked. If you convert that back to hourly its roughly $30/hour **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31200.00 - $31200.00/yr. This is a part time position, so there are no benefits.
