As a welder/fabricator, you will be responsible for executing various types of welding and fabrication tasks based on customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instructions. You will position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps using measuring instruments according to specifications.
A strong commitment to safety and quality is essential, as the role involves welding for 10% to 90% of the day depending on the day, alongside performing shop and fabrication duties like grinding, prep, layout, touch-up painting, and bracketing. Additionally, you will read blueprints and piping diagrams, operate hand tools efficiently, and cut and thread pipes.

Skills & Qualifications3-5 years of MIG Welding experience.Blueprint reading and fabrication off of prints.Experience in stainless steel welding and production fitting.Ability to use hand tools like tape measure and grinders.Plate Welding.Flux Core experience is a plus.Knowledge of ASME Standards (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) is a plus.Tube bending and conduit experience is a big plus.
Shift & Pay5:00am to 3:30pm | Monday - Friday$25-$27/hr. (based on weld test & experience)

Job Type & Location
This is a 4-Month Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, Colorado. Meaning, as long as your attendance and performance is good then you will be converted to a permanent employee after 4 months.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
