You'll be the backbone of innovation, transforming raw aluminum into precision-engineered components for iconic golf cars and utility vehicles. Your steady hands and eagle eyes will ensure every weld is perfect, every time.

Your Day:

Command the Arc ??? MIG weld aluminum with surgical precision on intricate parts and assemblies
Master Every Angle ??? Work overhead, on platforms, in tight spaces???you adapt and excel
Own the Process ??? Hand fabricate, fit, and assemble components that demand perfection
Drive Excellence ??? Champion 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
Make Your Mark ??? See your craftsmanship roll off the line in vehicles used globally

You Bring:

2+ years dominating MIG welding (aluminum is your specialty)
Hands that can thread a needle and lay the perfect bead

AWS D1.2 certification or equivalent (major plus!)
