Our client, a seat frame and steel tubing fabricator, is seeking MIG Welders to join their team. As a MIG Welder, you will be part of the Production Department supporting fabrication and welding operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. **Job Title:** **MIG Welder** **Location:** **Elkhart, IN** **Pay Range:** **$20 - $24/hr** **What’s the Job?** + MIG weld steel tubing and seat‑frame components according to specifications. + Set up and operate jigs and weld fixtures in a production environment. + Follow work instructions and maintain consistent quality and accuracy. + Maintain safe work practices; welding gloves and safety equipment provided at no cost. + Work a **5:00 AM–3:30 PM Monday–Thursday** schedule, with potential Friday overtime (5:00 AM–Noon) **What’s Needed?** + MIG welding experience. + Experience with steel tube fabrication. + Ability to set up and work with jigs and weld fixtures. + Must provide your own welding hood. + Ability to follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and participate in 90‑day, 1‑year, and annual reviews. **What’s in it for me?** + 401(k) eligibility after 6 months. + Vacation accrual: + 1–3 years: 40 hours + 4–7 years: 80 hours + 8+ years: 120 hours + Stable 40‑hour workweeks with minimal fluctuation. + Safety equipment provided at no cost. + Opportunities for pay increases based on skill and performance.
