Go Home on 1st Shift.If you’re a skilled MIG welder who takes pride in clean, precise stainless work, this role offers something better than repetitive production welding. You’ll build custom, engineered stainless‑steel systems used in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and chemical processing—projects where quality genuinely matters.
This is a stable, family‑owned fabrication shop where weld quality is respected, leadership is accessible, and craftsmen are trusted to do things the right way.
What You’ll Be BuildingYou won’t be stuck welding the same part every day. Projects include:
Pressure vessels and vacuum chambersSanitary process piping and tanksCustom stainless‑steel assemblies built to customer specsOne‑off and short‑run engineered systemsYour Day‑to‑Day WorkMIG weld stainless steel components to high sanitary and structural standardsRead and work from detailed fabrication prints and weld symbolsAssemble and fabricate custom stainless systems from raw material to finishMaintain food‑grade and pharma‑grade cleanliness and appearanceGrind, polish, cut, and prep stainless components as neededWork independently or alongside a small fabrication teamSupport occasional on‑site installation or field welding projectsWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Experience
3+ years of hands‑on MIG welding (stainless steel)Ability to pass a 3/8” stainless weld test (corner and butt joints)Experience working with food‑grade or sanitary stainless applicationsComfortable working without constant supervisionStrong attention to weld quality and consistencyNice‑to‑Have (Not Required)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
