Go Home on 1st Shift.** If you’re a **skilled MIG welder who takes pride in clean, precise stainless work** , this role offers something better than repetitive production welding. You’ll build **custom, engineered stainless‑steel systems** used in **pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and chemical processing** —projects where quality genuinely matters. This is a **stable, family‑owned fabrication shop** where weld quality is respected, leadership is accessible, and craftsmen are trusted to do things the right way. **What You’ll Be Building** You won’t be stuck welding the same part every day.
