MIG Welder & Fabricator

Full-Time | Optional Travel | Competitive Pay | Weekly Pay

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder and Fabricator to join our team. This position focuses on welding aluminum and structural steel, fabricating custom frames for greenhouses, and supporting commercial projects. You’ll start in our shop and have the option to travel Monday through Friday across multiple states.

Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on aluminum and structural steel componentsCut, prep, and fabricate metals for shipmentCollaborate with crews and subcontractors on commercial projectsMaintain project schedules and ensure timely completionUse hand and power tools (drills, hammers, tape measures)Read and work from blueprintsComfortably work on ladders and travel for 3–5 days at a timeEssential Skills:Proficiency in MIG welding, especially aluminumAbility to read blueprints and measure accuratelyExperience in a small shop environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
