Are you ready to put your welding skills to work on projects that shape skylines and strengthen communities? We’re looking for a MIG & Flux Core Welder to join our elite fabrication team. In this role, you’ll weld plates to beams and columns that form the foundation of major structural projects across the nation. From rails to stair systems, your craftsmanship will ensure the safety, durability, and precision of large-scale builds.

Our shop runs like a steel mill—fast-paced, efficient, and engineered for accuracy. You’ll work with large structural beams and components in a setting designed for productivity and safety.

Weekday Shift: Mon–Thu 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, Fri 5:30 AM–3:00 PM (49 hrs/week)Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun 5:00 AM–5:00 PM + OT

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
