**Job Title: MIG Welder** **1st shift - $22-$26/HR** **Job Description** Join our team as a MIG Welder, where you will be responsible for wire feed MIG welding for shorter run projects within the farming industry. You will work with materials ranging from 12 gauge to 1/2" thick, primarily focusing on mild steel, galvanized steel, and occasionally stainless steel. Your role will involve both welding and the assembly of products. **Responsibilities** + Perform wire feed MIG welding on mild steel, galvanized steel, and stainless steel. + Work on projects with materials ranging from 12 gauge to 1/2" thick. + Engage in both welding and product assembly tasks. + Take initiative to complete projects from start to finish independently. + Maintain excellent attendance and be prepared for mandatory overtime. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of a Gain Share Program, offering quarterly bonuses ranging from $500-$2,000, which can add an additional $1-$4 per hour to your earnings annually.
