**Job Title: MIG Welder** Job Description A MIG Welder is responsible for performing welding processes necessary for the fabrication and assembly of metal carts, cabinets, or stainless tables and carts. The role requires the physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, twist, stoop, pull, push, assemble, and carry for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day, and the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with occasional assistance for lifting up to 100 pounds. Responsibilities + Determine the appropriate welding process, equipment, or method based on product requirements. + Set up components for welding according to job specifications. + Follow all safe manufacturing, material handling, and PPE procedures. + Adhere to written and verbal directions to complete assignments or jobs. + Perform all duties in accordance with company procedures. + Conduct quality checks on all finished processes and work. + Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding and fabrication. + Possession of a welding certificate or 1-3 years of on-the-job MIG welding experience. + Ability to combine schooling and on-the-job experience. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Competence in reading blueprints and using tape measures. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Capability to follow safe manufacturing practices. + Experience in a production environment. + Ability to work effectively in a team setting. Why Work Here?
