**Job Title: MIG Welder - Aluminum** Job Description Join a dedicated team focused on supporting the production of docks and lifts. As a MIG Welder specializing in aluminum, you will play a crucial role in building inventory for the busier summer season. Responsibilities + Perform MIG welding primarily on aluminum materials. + Read and interpret blueprints to understand the dimensions required for dock production. + Operate fabrication equipment as needed to support production processes. Essential Skills + Proficient in MIG welding, particularly with aluminum. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. + Experience with welding and fabrication processes. + Knowledge of TIG and steel welding is advantageous. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in aluminum wire feed welding. + Ability to grind and finish welded products. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PINE CITY, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
