**Job Title: MIG Welder $22-$24 an hour** Job Description We are currently seeking skilled solid-wire MIG Welders for production welding tasks. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for finishing, as they will be working in the finished product area for certain customers. Candidates must also be open to training in various other areas of the shop, including operating different machines. Responsibilities + Perform MIG welding on various tubes ranging from 1" to 8" for a diverse set of industries. + Utilize Lincoln welding machines and follow provided welding process sheets for each item. + Engage in metal finishing tasks as required. + Read and interpret blueprints and welding procedure specifications. + Ensure quality welding of carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Essential Skills + Proficiency in MIG welding, especially with 3/16th and 11-18 gauge materials. + Ability to read and interpret welding procedure specifications and weld symbols. + Experience with steel welding and metal finishing. + Familiarity with Lincoln welding machines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior experience with TIG welding is a plus. + Open to candidates from trade schools with welding training. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.30/hr.
