**Welder – Contract-to-Hire**
**Schedule:**
+ Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–12:00 AM
+ Friday, 12:00 PM–4:00 PM (OT may extend to 12:00 AM and is mandatory when posted)
**Pay:** $23.55/hour
**Job Overview:**
Seeking welders with MIG experience to join a team producing building products. The role involves horizontal and vertical MIG welding, primarily on aluminum, with occasional TIG work. Welders will work independently in designated bays and collaborate with a small team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ MIG weld aluminum, steel, and stainless (18-gauge to 3/8")
+ Perform occasional TIG welds
+ Use various wire types (.360, 4043, 5356, .035)
+ Visually inspect welds and certify when required
+ Read and follow weld blueprints and symbols
**Qualifications:**
+ 1+ year of welding experience (school or hands-on)
+ Ability to read weld prints and symbols
+ Familiarity with wire feed and sheet metal welding
+ PPE required: steel-toed boots, eye and ear protection

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr.
