**MIG Welder $20-$25**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a MIG Welder at a leading manufacturer of industrial scales. You will be based at our Huntley Road site where we specialize in building large scales for the trucking and aggregate industries. We are currently seeking a skilled MIG/Fluxcore welder for our 2nd shift, where you will primarily work with mild steel.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on mild steel materials.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise welds.
+ Utilize GMAW techniques for fabrication and structural steel projects.
+ Operate welding equipment and tools effectively, including grinders.
+ Maintain high safety and quality standards in all welding tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG Welding.
+ Experience with Flux Core Welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Prior experience or relevant schooling in welding techniques.

**Work Environment**
Work in a non-climate controlled metal fabrication shop that is both clean and organized. Be prepared to work in conditions that are hot in the summer and cold in the winter. S **hifts include 1st shift from 5AM-3:30PM and 2nd shift from 3:15PM-1:45AM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional extended hours.**
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
