**MIG Welder**
**Job Description**
As a MIG Welder, you will work with schematics to assemble and weld parts using MIG welding techniques on steel.
This role requires welding in all structural positions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding on steel structures according to schematics.
+ Read and interpret tape measures for accurate measurements.
+ Adjust the heat and speed settings on welding machines to ensure optimal weld quality.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in MIG welding, particularly steel on steel.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.
+ Competency in using a tape measure.
+ Experience with adjusting welding machine settings.
+ Familiarity with other machinery such as drill presses and iron workers.

**Shift and Work Environment**
The work environment is non-climate controlled, which means it can get hot during the summer months.
Expect to get dirty and greasy due to the nature of the parts being handled.
**Monday - Friday:** 6AM - 2:30PM
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
