**Job Title: MIG Welder** **$22-$28/HR** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled MIG welders to perform welding tasks on 18 gauge mild steel and 1/2 inch mild steel. The role involves fabricating and welding parts and assemblies for pavement maintenance equipment, safety railings, and other pavement machine components. Candidates will primarily perform butt and fill welds, along with grinding and finishing as needed on parts. **Responsibilities** + Perform MIG welds on 18 gauge and 1/2 inch mild steel. + Fabricate and weld parts and assemblies for pavement maintenance equipment. + Execute butt and fill welds with precision. + Conduct grinding and finishing on welded parts as required. + Ensure safety standards are met during all welding processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + MIG welding experience on mild steel. + Experience with flux core welding and stainless steel. + Skills in blueprint reading and tape measure usage. + Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication. **Why Work Here** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 401K with employer match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid vacation and holidays. Most materials used are mild steel, along with outsourced piece parts such as motors, pneumatic components, and electronics. The facility fosters a structured and efficient workflow. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
