**Job Title: Mig Welder** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Mig Welder to join our team on the 2nd shift. You will be responsible for welding on mild steel ranging from 12 gauge to 1 inch in various positions including flat, vertical down, and overhead. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up their welder and job, as well as measuring, cutting, bending, and building frames using hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Perform welding on mild steel in flat, vertical down, and overhead positions. + Set up welding equipment and jobs independently. + Measure, cut, bend, and build frames using hand and power tools. + Use tape measure and other measuring tools for precision. + Grind and polish welds for a clean finish. + Operate Miller welders efficiently. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of MIG welding experience on mild steel. + Proficiency in fabrication, flux core, and structural steel welding. + Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure for 3 years. + Experience in fitting and assembly tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a complete welding role rather than production-based welding. + Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company in the thriving data center industry.
