Job Description:

In this role, you’ll be involved in welding and cutting metal sheets using a plasma table, working with materials ranging from 1/4\" to 1/2\" thick. You’ll also assist with machine operation, assembly, and general shop support.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding (minimum 1 year experience required; trade school graduates welcome)Cut metal sheets using a plasma tableAssist with setup, maintenance, and operation of machinery and toolsSupport the assembly and testing of parts and componentsOperate a forklift (training provided)Maintain a clean and safe work environmentConduct routine maintenance checks and report issuesHelp manage inventory and organize raw materials and parts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1 year of MIG welding experienceFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assemblyAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailGood communication skills and a positive attitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasksComfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periodsBasic understanding of machine shop tools and safety protocols

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a production or general labor environmentOrganizational and time-management skillsTeam-oriented mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
